The hotel is all-inclusive, meaning all food and beverages—such as water, sodas, coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner—are free of charge.

Alcohol, as well as food and drinks outside of the hotel, are not covered by DigitalTolk.

Before the trip we kindly ask you to read through DigitalTolk’s policy on alcohol, see question “Code of conduct to read through before the trip” in the General Info tab.

All meals are optional, except for Friday dinner, which is mandatory for everyone. Please note that food outside of the hotel is not covered by the company and that we encourage everyone to gather for meals as one team!

We speak English during the trip so that everyone can understand each other.
Maintain Professionalism: While we aim to have a great time together, let’s always remember that this is a business trip!
Respect our company Culture: While you can be yourself, remember to stay within the bounds of our company’s culture, operating values and leadership principles.
Engage and Network: Use these opportunities to network and build relationships within our organization. Approach conversations with a positive attitude, listen actively, and show genuine interest in your colleagues’ perspectives and experiences.
Limit Alcohol Consumption: It can be enjoyable to socialize and have fun with colleagues, but please keep in mind that early mornings are ahead, so drink alcohol in moderation. Also, excessive alcohol consumption can lead to unprofessional behavior and poor decision-making. If any of your colleagues have consumed excessive alcohol, please assist the individual in getting home safely and ensure their well-being.
Include Everyone: Make an effort to include everyone in conversations and activities, especially newcomers or colleagues who may not know many people. Building a sense of inclusivity fosters a more positive team dynamic and culture.
We never leave anyone behind! If you plan on doing something fun after work, make sure no one is left alone. If someone wishes to leave early from an evening activity, let’s ensure they have someone to accompany them home.
Mind Your Language: Be mindful of your language and topics of conversation. Avoid discussing sensitive or controversial subjects like politics, religion, or personal grievances that could lead to tension.
Respect Personal Boundaries: Respect personal space and boundaries. Not everyone may be comfortable with physical contact or overly personal questions, so be considerate of individual preferences. Remember at our company the people around you are in firsthand your colleagues.
