Anything to think about concering personal expenses?

Turkey uses the Turkish Lira (TRY), and with plenty of ATMs available, there’s no must to bring foreign currency. We recommend having some money on hand for any fun activities, taxi rides after work hours, meals or drinks outside the hotel, and for any alcoholic beverages you’d like to enjoy.

How does it work with transfer to and from aiport? (Swedish employees)

If you answered in the Slido survey that you need a transfer, you should have received a Flygbussarna ticket. Please double-check that the ticket matches your requested routes, eg., one way or round trip to and from the airport.

The tickets for the transfer to Arlanda are booked as group tickets, meaning multiple people are listed on each ticket. The names of the people you’ll be sharing a ticket with are included in the email you received, so please make sure to board the bus together as a group.

We recommend arriving at the airport 2-2.5 hours before departure and therefore the departure times are as follows:

Employees traveling on Saturday, October 12th

Bus departs at 03:00 from Cityterminalen, Stockholm.

Employees traveling on Tuesday, October 15th

Bus departs at 09:45 from Cityterminalen, Stockholm

Transfer Arlanda to Cityterminalen on Saturday, October 19th

All transfer tickets for the way home are booked individually and are valid for any departure from Arlanda to Cityterminalen. When you arrive at Arlanda, feel free to take the first available Flygbuss to Cityterminalen.

How does it work with transfer to and from airport? (Remote team)

We would like to inform you that travel expenses incurred for journeys between home and the airport (and vice versa) will be reimbursed. All remote team members are kindly requested to upload their travel expense invoices, along with the relevant receipts, to the HRM portal by October 29, 2024.

Will I need a sim card on site?

WIFI will be available on the Hotel. If the need for a sim card for your work phone, reach out to your closest manager.

Where are we staying in Antalya?

We’ll be staying at Tourist Hotel Antalya, conveniently located about 10 km from both Antalya city and the Antalya Airport.

The hotel offers great amenities including a pool, beach access, bar, a restaurant, and a conference room – everything we need for a relaxing and productive stay.

If hospital visit is needed

The emergency contact will call our insurance company’s emergency number in Sweden: +46 770 456 920. The insurance company will create a case and contact Lara hospital for information regarding who needs care and what it’s about.
After speaking with our insurance company, we are welcome to go to Lara Anatolia Private Hospital.
If it concerns someone who has been bitten or scratched by an animal, unfortunately, there are no rabies shots at the private hospitals, so we will need to go to a public hospital. These shots are free, but the hospitals may charge an administrative fee.
We should always get receipts for all payments, as well as copies of medical records that we can present to the insurance company, ERV, later.
